RNC long term success and sustainable business depends on its ability to stay a recognized leader and a reference for all Health, Safety and Environmental matters.
IT IS OUR AIM TO:
- Provide and ensure safety and healthy working conditions for all our employees (permanent and temporary), visitors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that all our services and operations and performed and managed in such a way as to protect the environment.
IT IS THEREFORE OUR COMMITMENT TO:
- Protect the health and safety of our employees, contractors, customers and third parties.
- Protect the environment and that of the communities where we work and live, by the prevention of pollution and minimization of our impact.
- Comply with all applicable HSE national, international regulations and laws.
- Comply with all our RNC Group standards when exceeding national, international regulations and laws.
- Continuously improve the HSE working conditions and environment towards our “Zero incident” target.
- Continuously assess and improve our HSE (IMS) management systems, programs and tools.
- Provide all necessary equipment, resources and training; increasing all RNC employees HSE awareness and safety behavior.
- Give the Stop – Work – Authority to all RNC employees and contractors in case of any risk to health, safety and environment.
- Promote State-of-the-art HSE practices and implement wherever possible HSE best practices.
- Apply this whole RNC HSE statement in all our activities, operations, constructions, systems and investments.
These commitments apply to all RNC employees, contractors, visitors and operations. Management is responsible for ensuring full compliance with this Company policy statement.
Health, Safety and Environment are individual responsibilities for all of us, at every level within our organization.
